Hey! My name is Cassandra, I’m a 2200 hour registered massage therapist with a fully licensed home studio. I offer wellness message and a unique diaphragm release treatment.

My wellness treatment uses a combination of relaxation and therapeutic techniques like deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy ect… My diaphragm treatment focuses on better breathing, this treatment is very unique and helps many systems in the body and overall wellness.

I have additional certification in pre/postnatal and enjoy working on mamas in all stages of their pregnancy journey.

I have been approved for most insurance companies for direct billing. You will be provided a detailed receipt if you would like to submit your insurance on your own.
