Massage in the style of respected healing Asian and European traditions: Swedish, Thai Yoga and Zen Shiatsu techniques that facilitate the release of chronic and acute muscular tensions in the body. Great for muscular stiffness and pain, injuries, improving one’s flexibility, general fatigue, sense of relaxation and well-being.
Techniques: a combination of direct maneuvers on muscles ( e.g. muscle compression and kneading), rubbing, rocking, pulsing vibrations, shaking, tapping, simple passive-assisted stretching, as well as joint mobilization (increasing joint space and range of motion), acupressure – no oil is used.
Practiced on a futon, please bring along your athletic shorts or boxers.
