Restorative Yoga : A JOURNEY TO ultimate SELF- CARE (60$/1.5 h session)
There are certain combinations that go perfectly together: chocolate and peanut butter, wine and cheese, …restorative Yoga and massage is another perfect duo. The purpose is to take away stress and pain in a comfortable and enjoyable way.
All the yoga asanas (postures) are done on the ground, seated, lying prone or supine, and supported with props to ensure complete comfort. Poses are complimented with massage/ashiatsu therapies to let the body truly release.
This style of practice is great if you lead a very active or busy lifestyle, or have chronic pain or stiffness, or want to maintain optimum health in the long run, to have less doctor visits, and to take care of your body physically and emotionally through a deep relaxation.
So, I’m here to invite you to come and enjoy a session of ultimate self-care! No prior yoga experience needed.
And it’s one to one service with a safe environment diffused with germ/virus killing essential oils. (Of course, I wear mask.)

Why I’m here offering these services?
If someone are under stress for a long time, it will have a negative impact on our physical and mental health.
In addition to psychological problems such as anxiety and depression, the accumulated stress can also cause chronic body pain! The most commonly affected areas are the back of the neck, the shoulders, the middle area around the shoulder blades, and the lower back. And it will be accompanied by headache, sleeping disorder, and even autonomic nervous disorder.
TuiNa massage can effectively relieve these pains, but to eliminate the problem from the root cause, restorative yoga is very suitable. It is even better if combined with aromatherapy. These are the methods that I use as a powerful tool to deal with stress and pain, to help myself and others. The purpose is to prevent the accumulation of stress, negative emotions and pain, and to prevent it from turning into some more serious health issues（I‘ve vitnessed so many people suffered and still suffering!).
I’m certified yoga teacher and massotherapist, and having 13 years of experience in massotherapy and four years in yoga teaching. Taking away stress and pain in a comfortable and pleasant way is both a science and an art, and this is exactly what interests me the most. I would like to use my experience and expertise to help those who in need.
